Assign a role to each deliverable
The hero film connects workshop and finished object. A short process excerpt concentrates on a hand movement or material change. The still image gives the vase a clean silhouette and room for a headline. Define those roles before production so the excerpt is not merely an arbitrary crop of the longer piece.
Choose assets that can survive different frames
Keep the main object away from the outer edge in the master composition. Test a vertical crop before committing to a wide shot with essential action at both ends. Capture or generate a separate close detail when cropping would remove the context that explains the craft.
Package the set for a real handoff
Use names that identify the object, format and revision. Include clean versions without titles as well as finished versions.
